What is the purpose of the Church?  Is going to church all about hearing good music or an uplifting message?  Or is it about making disciples of Jesus Christ?  Learn how an effective church uses its leaders to equip and grow its members to serve one another and equip them to be "in" the world, but not "of" the world.
