Genesis: In the Beginning (January 2 - April 24, 2011)
In this sermon series, we will be exploring the powerful creation narrative of Genesis. First, we will explore how all of life is rooted in the character and nature of God. God is relational, creator, good, and life-giving. Second, we will explore God's purpose for our lives, including touchy subjects like manhood, womanhood, sexuality, marriage, morality/ethics, and even God's perspective on being "green"! Last, we will explore how God redeems our shattered lives and world for his glory.

[April 17, 2011] Sacrifice and Redemption. After they sinned, Adam and Eve's shame was so great that they covered themselves with leaves and tried to hid in the trees from God. But God sacrifices an animal to provide a garment of skin in which to clothe Adam and his wife.
